On February 4, 2019 United Med Care Ambulance began operations with two co-founders & two BLS ambulances in Laredo, Texas. UMC Ambulance has since grown in size with 15 units in service and over 50 employees in 2025. Recognizing the need for advance medical care, United Med Care Ambulance took a significant step in December 2023 by launching its ALS ambulance services. This expansion allows the company to provide the highest level of care, equipped with paramedics and advanced life support equipment to handle critical situations.
